MY BEAUTIFUL LIFE!!!

MY INTRO

ALOHA AND WELCOME TO MY PERSONAL BLOG!!! I THOUGHT WHY NOT SHARE MY PERSONAL GAINS & STRUGGLES THAT LIFE PUTS OUT TO EACH AND ONE OF US. I FEEL THAT THROUGH THE GIFT OF "GIVING & SHARING", THERE IS NO WAY BETTER THAN START THIS BLOG WHICH IS ALL ABOUT ME, MY OHANA (FAMILY), HOALOHA (FRIENDS), AND EVEN ENEMIES WHICH ARE THE VERY ONES I NEED TO LOVE AND ACCEPT.


I'LL SAY THIS STRAIGHT UP, I DON'T HOLD BACK MY FEELINGS FOR ANYONE AND IT'LL COME OUT OF MY MOUTH ON HOW I FEEL ABOUT YOU AND OTHERS. I DON'T GO BEHIND ANYONE'S BACK AND START RUMOURS WITH HOPES THAT IT WILL CIRCLE AROUND AND FINALLY HIT ITS TARGET. WHY TAKE THE LONG ROUTE WHEN I CAN GO STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. PERSONALLY, I THINK THAT IS THE "REAL" WAY OF LIVING LIFE, "BE REAL" AT ALL TIMES EVEN WHEN THE WORLD IS WATCHING.


ON THE OTHER NOTE, "I AM" THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PERSON IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE FROM THE WAY "I SEE IT". I AM NOT SPEAKING FROM OTHER PEOPLE'S FEEDBACK OR "CONCEITEDNESS". "THIS IS" WHAT I CHOOSE TO SEE MYSELF EVERYDAY WHEN I WAKE UP FROM MY BED AND THANK "AKUA" (GOD) FOR GIVING ME ONE MORE DAY TO LIVE, REGARDLESS OF REGRETS FROM THE "YESTERDAYS" TO THE FEARS OF "TOMMOROWS".


IN MY EYES, LIVING A "BEAUTIFUL LIFE" CAN ONLY BE ATTAINED BY "CHOICE" AND IT REQUIRES "INTEGRITY", "HONESTY", "UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE", "FORGIVENESS" AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, "LOVE".

"PROJECT SYNERGY" - PHASE 02 - DAY 19.

ALOHA "TEAM AWWWRITE!!!"

I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START...  ALL I KNOW IS THIS...

"I'M EXCITED!!!  I'M EXCITED!!!  I'M EXCITED!!!

TODAY WAS A SPECIAL DAY FOR ME...  AND WHY???

WELL LETS GET THE USUAL "BLAHHH"...  "BLAHHH"...  "BLAHHH"...  OUT OF THE WAY...  LOL!!!

I WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING AND START HITTING MY BASIC "CARDIO" AND THEN I GO STRAIGHT INTO MY "WEIGHT TRAINING" WORKING ON MY "BACK & ARMS".  I DID VERY WELL AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT...  I AM ON MY WAY TO MEET UP WITH MY COACH FOR ANOTHER "RUNNING" DRILLS!!!

I MET UP WITH HER AT THE COLLEGE GYM AND I'M SEEING ALL THIS OTHER STUFF ON THE FLOOR AND I'M SAYING TO MYSELF, "UH...  THIS DOESN'T LOOK LIKE RUNNING DRILLS TO ME"...  LOL!!!

AND OF COURSE MY COACH IS SMILING FROM ONE EAR TO THE OTHER AND SHE SAYS  THAT I'M GONNA DO AN "A.M.R.A.P." DRILL.

AND SHE GOES ON EXPLAINING THAT I'LL BE USING JUMP ROPES, THEN I'LL DO "20 FT INCH WORM" (WHATEVER THAT IS), SIT UPS (DID SHE SAY "SIT UPS???"...  GEEZ...  LOL!!!), "20 FT LUNGES" AND THAT COMPLETES "ONE REP!!!"

YEAH...  YOU READ CORRECTLY...  "ONE REP!!!"

AFTER SHE GRACIOUSLY EXPLAINS THIS LIKE IT'S NO BIG DEAL...  MY HEART RATE STARTS RACING SO FAST THAT I DON'T THINK I NEED TO WORKOUT ANYMORE...  UH...  WEREN'T WE SUPPOSE TO GO "RUN-NING!!!"

AND SHE AGAIN HAPPILY REPLIES, "WE'RE GONNA DO THAT AFTERWARDS"

SO THERE I GO...

NOW I HAVEN'T JUMP ROPES SINCE...  HMMM...  HIGH SCHOOL???  SO THERE  I GO... AND TO MY SURPRISE, I WAS DOING PRETTY GOOD!!!  

AND THEN ON TO THE "INCH WORM"...  START ON YOUR ALL FOURS AND WALK YOUR HANDS WITHOUT MOVING YOUR FEET UNTIL YOU ARE IN A"PLANK" AND THEN WALK YOUR FEET WITHOUT MOVING YOUR HANDS UNTIL YOU ARE ON ALL FOURS AGAIN WITH YOUR BUTT STICKING OUT...  AND REPEAT UNTIL YOU TRAVELED 20 FEET!!!

THEN I HAVE TO DO 10 "SIT UPS", AND LET ME TELL YOU, THE LAST TIME I DID "SIT UPS" WAS BACK IN HIGH SCHOOL!!!

RIGHT AFTER THAT I DO "DEEP LUNGES" FOR 20 FEET!!!

AND REPEAT...  YUP...  THAT WAS "ONE REP!!!"

COACH HAD ME DOING THIS FOR 12 MINUTES STRAIGHT AND THEN SHE'LL DETERMINE HOW MANY REPS I DID PLUS ALL THE OTHER DATA.

AS I KEPT PUSHING MYSELF TO THE LIMIT...  I KEEP SEEING A CLEAR PICTURE OF MYSELF WITH KAHEALANI BEING VERY HAPPY TOGETHER!!!  AND THIS WAS THE MOST "BEAUTIFUL" FEELING EVER...  DESPITE THE "PAINS & GRUNTS"...  I CONTINUED TO PUSH ON UNTIL COACH SAID "TIME!!!"

BY THEN I WAS SO EXHAUSTED...  BUT IT FELT GOOD...  I MEAN REALLY GOOD!!!  I WAS VERY SHOCKED THAT I COULD DO THIS AND THEN COACH GAVE ME THE RESULTS:

IN 12 MINUTES, I DID:

175 JUMP ROPES
85 FEET OF "INCH WORM"
40 SIT UPS
80 FEET OF DEEP LUNGES

SO ROUGHLY 4 REPS!!!

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH MYSELF...  I KNOW FOR A FACT A YEAR AGO...  I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO THIS!!!

AND THEN SHE SAID,  "CONGRATS!!!  YOU DID YOUR FIRST CROSS FIT DRILL!!!"
IN MY HEAD...  I WAS JUMPING LIKE CRAZY!!!  I ACTUALLY DID MY VERY FIRST "CROSS FIT!!!"

NOW I KNOW I AM "AWWWESOME!!!"

AND RIGHT AFTER THAT...  I DID MY "RUNNING DRILLS" AND WITH "CROSS FIT" BEING DONE FIRST...  MY RUNNING BECAME ALOT EASIER!!!

AND NOW I KNOW WHAT "A.M.R.A.P." STANDS FOR...

"AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE!!!"

AND FOR TODAY'S CALORIES REPORT:

"1706 CALORIES BURNED!!!"
