I DON'T GO BEHIND ANYONE'S BACK AND START RUMOURS WITH HOPES THAT IT WILL CIRCLE AROUND AND FINALLY HIT ITS TARGET. WHY TAKE THE LONG ROUTE WHEN I CAN GO STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. PERSONALLY, I THINK THAT IS THE "REAL" WAY OF LIVING LIFE, "BE REAL" AT ALL TIMES EVEN WHEN THE WORLD IS WATCHING.


ON THE OTHER NOTE, "I AM" THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PERSON IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE FROM THE WAY "I SEE IT". I AM NOT SPEAKING FROM OTHER PEOPLE'S FEEDBACK OR "CONCEITEDNESS". 10 Habits You Should Take Up To Stay Positive
 
Every now and then we are exposed to the negative energy around us. What makes it sad was we couldn’t protect ourselves from these sources of negativity. But, with the below way, we can practice it and stay positive.
 
1. Positivity in negativity
 
Negativity, if implied properly, could turn into a form of positive energy to push you further. Look out for any optimistic point in the negative comments. Deep inside every negativity contains some forms of positivity for each of us to find. After all, we learn from the bad things that happened to ourselves.
 
2. Take your time
 
Whenever something negative falls upon you, take your time to let it pass. It helps to practice self-control and it plays a part of building up the positive energy in you. The time heals and it can build up your confidence to go against the negative remarks thrown upon you.
 
3. Don’t fear
 
Never show your fear of the negative forces. Like a prey, when fear is shown, they will surround you and captivate you in their dark energy. Be brave and continue doing what you believe in. You will see how the negative energy will be replaced by the positive aura.
 
4. Sharing the positivity
 
To keep the positive energy intact with you, spread the energy out. Add it in someone else’s life and let them recharge with that energy. Share this happiness and confidence with them and in turn it can build up positive thoughts and feelings in your own life. Let everyone be happy together!
 
5. Accepting criticism
 
Criticism actually helps in creating a positive value in yourself. Learn to take critiques in a healthy way. Take them as a way to make room for improvement, an idea of how to strive higher and better. Another way of taking criticism is implementing the thought that you are good enough to be noticed and lucky enough to be given a chance to do better.
 
6. Walk away
 
Walking away is not always bad. Take a headstart and walk away from the negative energy. You will start feeling as if you were dragged into the negative circle after staying in that circle for too long. Look out for a source of positive energy and stay there, inhale the good air instead.
 
7. Self-hypnotising
 
Whenever you feel the negativity starting to cloud you, try self-hypnotising. List all of the good values in yourself, the achievements that you had made and the praises that were showered onto you. Believing in yourself is essential to being positive. Self-confidence is always the key to success.
 
8. Talk to someone positive
 
What you give you often get in return. If you talk positively to other people, it’s likely they will do the same for you. Spend time with a positive person. Let them share with you the positive values that they have in them and share your positive energy with them in return.
 
9. Read positive quotes
 
Find inspirational quotes and keep them in your journal or notepad. Whenever you start feeling down, flip through those quotes and slowly relate them to yourself. These quotes can eventually transmit the positive energy to yourself and keep you energized. Besides the quotes, inspirational videos or articles can be your medium to gain positive energy.
 
10. Exercise
 
Exercising can help you stay positive. It can also help in removing stress. Exert yourself by running or spending time at the gym. With all the toxins leaving your body, you will find that the negative energy too running out from yourself. Not only can you stay positive, you can also stay healthy! How wonderful will that be?



 
 
7 Things Healthy People Do Every Morning
 
My alarm is set to the song "Happy" by Pharrell Williams. It’s impossible to not smile when this song plays. This, combined with the other habits below, set the tone for a productive, happy and healthy day.
 
1. Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. 
 
This rehydrates your body, revs up your digestive system, and gets things flowing. You may notice positive changes like clearer skin and better digestion. Bonus points if you add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
 
2. Do not check your email or phone for at least an hour.
 
Do you sleep with your cell phone next to you and grab for it first thing when you wake? This is not a good habit. If you choose to resist the temptation to check your email and Facebook feed until at least an hour after waking up, you'll find that your mind is more clear, focused and happy.
 
3. Think of one thing for which you have gratitude. 
 
This sets the stage for positivity throughout the day. If you come up with three or five things, even better.
 
4. Step outside and take a deep breath.
 
Fill your lungs with fresh air. Even if it’s cold outside. This only takes 10 seconds! It reminds you that you are alive and breathing.
 
5. Move your body.
 
You don’t necessarily have to do an intense workout before breakfast, but moving your body even a little is a great way to get the blood flowing and shake the body into wake-up mode. Simply doing a few stretches is a great option. Or turn on your favorite song and dance like no one is watching.
 
6. Take time to eat a healthy breakfast.
 
Rather than reaching for a box of cereal, focus on getting real foods in your body. Eggs, soaked oats, and smoothies are all great options. (And they really don’t take that much time to prepare.) Try it out.
 
7. Say your affirmations. 
 
Look into the mirror and say something positive to yourself. Some ideas:
•I radiate beauty, confidence and grace.
•Every cell in my body is healthy and vibrant.
•I feel great when I take care of myself.

9 Best Body Weight Exercise for Men and Women
 
Squat
 
One of the greatest exercises is also one of the most natural. This movement works all of the muscles in the lower body with the quads, gluts & hamstring. It also give an extra kick for the core as you require your deep abdominal muscles & back to do this exercise properly.
 
Pushup
 
This is one of the finest upper body exercises for the reason that it works everything from your chest to your back, your arms & even your abs. Make sure your shoulder line up with your wrists & you tuck your elbows towards your sides. Try to acquire your chest and hips as close to the floor as potential without touching.
 
Bridge
 
The bridge will strengthen your gluts and hamstrings, although also working your abdominals, back & inner thighs. For a fun difference, lift your hips with your feet flat on the floor & steadily enlarge one leg long into the sky.
 
Lunge
 
Begin with feet jointly and arms resting contentedly by your sides. Step forward with your right foot & lower your body pending your frontage knee is at 90 degrees & your knee is not touching the floor. Or for more of challenge, stay your legs straight.
 
Side Lunges
 
Most people simply exercise in two planes: Up & down or forward & back. That’s what makes side lunges so successful — they train you creatively. This lunge variation is a enormous adding up to any conditioning plan for the reason that it will work your muscle fibers, tendons & ligaments in a unusual pattern. To make this exercise further challenging adds a side leg lift to the equation & feels your core kick in too.
 
Switch Lunges

The Top 4 Workout Myths That Won’t Go Away
 
Most people, maybe you included, have exercised a certain way for years..or not at all.  You have diligently put in your due time at the gym and for what??  Where are those flat abs, strong glutes and lean thighs?  They are there..really…but you may be falling for some workout myths that have stalled or even reversed any gains you may have achieved.  I’m about to share with you the biggest myths that are pervasive in the workout world and some are routinely passed on to unsuspecting fitness and gym members.
 
Some of these myths are part of many people’s mindset so be prepared to be shocked, let go of the notion that they are true and achieve that beautiful body you desire.
 
Myth 1:  Full Range of Motion is Necessary for a Great Shape
 
Full range of motion simply means the path of movement for a joint and muscle – from how far you can bend it to how far it can be stretched out.  If your desire is simply over all conditioning, sports performance and flexibility, then full range of motion is important.
However, for molding and shaping individual muscles – short range of motion is the way to go.  This will help define, lengthen and slenderize a muscle such as a bicep.
 
Myth 2:  Ab or Core Exercises Will Flatten Your Abs
 
This may be one of the biggest myths out there.  You absolutely want to strengthen  your core and your core includes your abs.. but the only way you will see those those six pack abs is to lose the layer of fat over the.
 
Myth 3:  Heavy Weights are Necessary to Change Body Shape
 
Heavy Weights can help you change your body shape but not the sole way to do so.  Pumping away with heavy weights, by the way, will not do much for the hips or the belly bulge.  As mentioned, it is critical to remove the layer of fat over those areas.  Lighter weights with more repetition can effectively change and lean-up your body shape.
 
Myth 4:  More Hours Working Out Means a Better Body
 
Big myth!  It is ingrained into most people’s grey matter that the longer hours you spend at the gym, the more time you devote to your body, the better the results.  The truth is that it is the quality not the quantity of your workouts you choose to do.  An example of this would be High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that just takes minutes, 3-4 times a week, yet pumps out human growth hormone and testosterone to help lean you up, it boosts metabolism for 24 hours, this form of exercise creates a stronger heart and stronger lungs and much more.
 
Too much training or over training is perceived by the body as a stressor and stress creates low-level inflammation in the body – not healthy.  It is important to rest to give your body adequate rest to recover.
Remember that simply moving your body is an important action in and of itself – doing it smartly will help you create the healthy fit body you desire.

MY JUMP ROPE CLASS IS "AWWWESOME"... BUT I'M SORE LIKE A @#&!

ALOHA EVERYONE!!!

I JUST GOT DONE WITH MY "JUMP ROPE CONDITIONING" CLASS!!!

IT WAS BRUTAL!!!  IT WAS HARD!!!  AND IT WAS FUN!!!

AND I AM SORE!!!

THE PAIN OF WORKING OUT IS BETTER THAN THE PAIN OF REGRETS FOR NOT WORKING OUT!!!

MY STATS:


THIS IS WHAT I COMMITTED TO DO...  5 BURPEES EVERY MINUTE FOR 20 MINUTES!!!




20 MINUTES LATER...  ARGHHH!!!

BUT THE TIME I GOT TO MY 10 MINUTE MARK...  THOSE BURPEES BECAME MY FOUNDATION OF "MAKE IT OR BREAK IT".

BUT I DID IT...  "100 BURPEES" IN 20 MINUTES!!!  THIS IS WAS DEFINITELY IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME SEVERAL YEARS AGO!!!

AND NOW...  IT'LL ONLY GET BETTER!!!

I LOVE MY "JUMP ROPE CONDITIONING" CLASS!!!
