WHY DID GOD ALLOW US TO CREATE "LEGS DAY" FOR WORKOUTS???

ALOHA EVERYONE!!!
 
I LOVE TO WORKOUT BUT WHEN IT COMES TO LEGS...  ITS A WHOLE DIFFERENT WORLD!!!
 
MAYBE BECAUSE MY KNEES ARE NOT GOOD AS IT USE TO BE AND IT DOES HURT WHEN I DO SQUATS AND JUMPS.  I KNOW I SHOULD GET IT LOOKED AT BY A DOCTOR BUT I'M JUST AFRAID TO HEAR THE DOCTOR SAY, "YOU NO LONGER CAN PLAY SPORTS BECAUSE..."
 
SO INSTEAD, I JUST TOUGH IT OUT!!!
 
 
THE LOOK I GIVE BEFORE I START MY WORKOUTS...  GRRR!!!
 
 
 
AFTER AN HOUR OF SQUATS, DEAD LIFTS, LEG CURLS, CALVES RAISES...
 
 
I'M PRETTY MUCH DRENCHED IN SWEAT AND TEARS!!!
 
 
I KEPT PRETTY SIMPLE FOR ME AS I'M TRYING TO RECOVER AND REST AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE FOR THE NEXT WORKOUT.
