NOW THAT I'M ALL CAUGHT UP WITH POSTINGS...  LETS GET BACK TO BUSINESS!!!  YOU WANT MORE "MOTIVATION" & "INSPIRATION"...  YOU ASKED FOR IT...  YOU GOT IT!!!

I STARTED MY MONDAY MORNING WITH "HYPERTROPHY - UPPER BODY STRENGTH & MUSCLES".

AND FOR MY DINNER...


I MADE ROASTED "RED POTATOES", "SWEET POTATOES", CARROTS", AND "ONIONS" DRIZZLED WITH OLIVE OIL AND MACADAMIA NUT OIL WITH THYME, CURRY POWDER, AND FRESH CHOPPED GARLIC AND FRESH SQUEEZED LEMONS!!!

I ALSO ADDED ANOTHER FUN CARDIO WORKOUT...  "1000 JUMP ROPES!!!"
