BACK TO "SPARTAN RACE TRAINING" AND NOW I JUST ADDED "PIYO" TO MY TRAINING!!!

ALOHA EVERYONE!!!

BACK TO MY "AWWWESOME" SPARTAN RACE TRAINING, I HAVE ONE MORE WEEK AND I TAKE A ONE WEEK BREAK FORM MY "STRENGTH-TRAINING" AND I'M BACK AT IT FOR ANOTHER WEEKS AND I KEEP REPEATING THE CYCLE UP UNTIL RACE DAY...  "MARCH 15, 2015!!!

I ALSO ADDED "PIYO" TO MY TRAINING!!!

IT IS A COMBINATION OF "PILATES" & "YOGA" ALL IN ONE!!!  I WAS INTRODUCED TO "PIYO" BY MY "AWWWESOME" BEACHBODY COACH, ANGELA WHO JUST BECAME A CERTIFIED "PIYO" INSTRUCTOR!!!

I TRUST MY COACH AND SHE RECOMMENDED IT FOR ME AND ITS ON!!!


MY STATS:

TODAY WAS MY FIRST DAY AND I LOVE IT ALREADY!!!  IT IS A 60 DAY PROGRAM AND I ALSO SIGNED UP FOR THE "TEAM BEACHBODY CHALLENGE CONTEST" USING THE "PIYO CHALLENGE!!!"

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT IT IS THE "MODIFICATION" WHERE YOU CAN CHANGE IT UP TOP YOUR LEVEL FROM "NO IMPACT" TO "HIGH INTENSITY"...  SO I CAN ALWAYS MODIFY ON THE FLY AT ANY GIVEN TIME OR BETTER YET JUST KEEP INCREASING THE "INTENSITY" EVEN AFTER THE 60 DAYS IS COMPLETED!!!

AS ALWAYS...  I CHOOSE TO LIVE "MY BEAUTIFUL LIFE" AND BE BETTER THAN I WAS YESTERDAY!!!  AFTER ALL...  THAT IS WHAT LIVING LIFE IS ALL ABOUT!!!

AS SOON AS I WAS DONE WITH MY "AWWWESOME" PIYO WORKOUT...  I HEADED STRAIGHT INTO MY "STRENGTH TRAINING"...
