MY ROAD TO "SPARTAN RACE TRAINING" - DAY 02.

ALOHA EVERYONE!!!

TODAY I WORKED ON MY "LOWER BODY & ABS STRENGTH & MUSCLES"...  WHEW...  I AM REALLY FEELING IT TODAY...  LOL!!!

BUT LIKE I SAID EARLIER...  ITS A GOOD SIGN AND IT'LL ONLY GET BETTER!!!

OH I ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION...  I SET A CHALLENGE FOR MYSELF STARTING YESTERDAY...  

"RACE TO 1000 BURPESS!!!"

YES...  YOU READ CORRECTLY...  THAT IS ALOT OF BURPEES!!!  SO I CALLED A FRIEND OF MINES AND CHALLENGED HER ON WHO CAN FINISHED 1000 BURPEES IN THE SHORTEST AMOUNT OF TIME!!!

MY GOAL IS AT LEAST HIT 2OO - 300 BURPEES A WEEK!!!
