MY "ALOHA WEDNESDAY" FUN!!!

AS ALWAYS...  I STARTED MY WEDNESDAY EARLY WITH "AEROBICS AT 6:00AM.

MY AEROBICS STATS:



RIGHT AFTER THAT I HIT THE STORE FOR SOME GOODIES:


GRAPE TOMATOES, STRAWBERRIES, ROMAINE LETTUCE...  HMMM WHATS FOR DINNER TONIGHT???


ANYWAYS AS SOON AS I GOT HOME...  I ATE A QUICK BREAKFAST...  

"DAVE'S KILLER BREAD" WITH 2TBSP OF ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER,



MY CREATINE,


MULTI-VITAMINS,


FIBER,

OMEGA 3,


AND OF COURSE...  MY "C-4"...  LOL!!!
  

30 MINUTES LATER...  IT WAS "STRENGTH TRAINING"...  HIGH INTENSITY MODE!!!

MY "STRENGTH TRAINING" STATS:



AS SOON AS I GOT DONE WITH THAT...  IT WAS "PROTEIN SHAKE" TIME!!!

OPTIMUM NUTRITION - HYDRO WHEY - 2 SCOOPS = 60 GRAMS PROTEIN,

ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER - 2 TBSP = 16 GRAMS PROTEIN.

AND A BANANA - 01 GRAM PROTEIN...  LOL!!!

I PUT IT ALL IN MY "NUTRI-BULLET" AND ADDED WATER AND BLENDED IT ALL UP FOR A GOOD PROTEIN SHAKE WITH A TOTAL OF 77 GRAMS OF YUMMY PROTEIN!!!

NOW THAT'S HOW I ROLL...  LOL!!!  RIGHT AFTER THAT  I HEADED OUTSIDE TO GO DO SOME COOL DOWN WALKING!!!

AT THE END OF MY WALK I CAME ACROSS MY FUTURE "SUMMER TRAINING" WORKSTATION!!!
