MY "CIRCUIT TRAINING" - HAPPY ALOHA MONDAY!!!

ALOHA EVERYONE!!!

I JUST COMPLETED 4 WEEKS OF "TNB 28 - STRENGTH TRAINING" WHICH WAS PRETTY INTENSIVE AND NOW I GET A WEEK OFF FROM IT AND THEN START ALL OVER AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 4 WEEKS!!!  THIS TIME I WILL INCREASE THE REPS, SETS, AND THE RESISTANCE!!!

SO DURING MY REST WEEK...  I DECIDED TO "CIRCUIT TRAINING" JUST TO KEEP MY BODY GOING AND NOT GET TOO LAZY WHEN NEXT WEEK ARRIVES!!!
