PROJECT SYNERGY - PHASE 04 - WEEK 01 - DAY 01... PLUS SOME FUN TIMES!!!

ALOHA "TEAM AWWWRITE!!!"

I AM FINALLY BACK FOR ANOTHER 6 WEEKS OF TRAINING WITH A COMBO OF "STRENGTH TRAINING", "RUNNING DRILLS", AND "YOGA BALL".

GLAD I'M BACK AFTER A WEEK OFF FROM MY USUAL ROUTINE.  FELT PRETTY WEIRD AND OUT OF PLACE...  BUT THAT WHY THEY CALL IT "WEEK OFF"...  LOL!!!

SO TODAY I DID "CHEST & SHOULDERS" ON MY BOW FLEX WHILE KAHEALANI PUT ON HER BOXING GLOVES AND STARTED HITTING HER TIMING BAG,


AND THEN I RAN A MILE INSTEAD WALKING 2 MILES AS I INTENDED TO BECAUSE KAHEALANI WANTED TO GO PLAY AT THE KILBUCK PARK WITH HER FRIENDS.  SO I DECIDED TO CHANGE UP THE PLANS AND IT WORKED OUT VERY WELL.

KAHEALANI HAD A BLAST WITH HER FRIENDS RIDING SWINGS AND SEE-SAWS, AND CLIMBING THE JUNGLE GYM!!!



AND THAT CONCLUDED MY 1ST DAY BACK TO WORKING OUT ON THIS BEAUTIFUL MONDAY!!!
