WAIPA'S PROJECT SYNERGY - PHASE 03 - DAY 12 & 13.

4 MORE DAYS TO GO AND I RUN THE "RUN MOM RUM 5K CHALLENGE!!!"

AS FOR MONDAY I WOKE UP PRETTY SORE LEGS FROM THE 5K TRIAL RUN...  BUT I STILL FOUGHT THE PAIN AND JUMPED ONTO MY BOWFLEX MACHINE AND DID MY CIRCUIT TRAINING.  I AM STARTING TO REALIZE HOW SERIOUS THIS IS FOR ME AS I GROW AND TRANSFORM INTO A NEW PERSON WHO NOW PUTS HEALTH & FITNESS AT THE TOP OF MY PRIORITY LIST!!!



MY UGLY & SORE LEGS THE DAY AFTER RUNNING MY 5K TRIAL RUN...  LOL!!!



I'VE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY AND PROUD OF ALL MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS THAT I'VE ACHIEVED OVER THE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS.  I DO HAVE A STRONG VISION AS TO WHERE I'M GOING TO AND I'M PUSHING FORWARD!!!

EVERYDAY I SEE MYSELF PADDLE BOARDING, DIVING, SWIMMING, RUNNING, HIKING, AND COUNTLESS OTHER THINGS!!!

AND THAT IS WHY I DREAM BIG BECAUSE I GO BIG...  LOL!!!

WOKE TODAY AND LOUNGED IN MY BED AN EXTRA HOUR OR SO AND AS ALWAYS MORE VISUALIZATION OF ME BACK HOME BEING SURROUNDED BY OHANA & HOALOHA, ESPECIALLY KAHEALANI & SHIRLEY.  AND THEN I SEE MYSELF SWIMMING ALL OVER THE BEACHES IN BEAUTIFUL KEAUKAHA.

AND THEN I GOT OUT OF BED AND DID MY USUAL CHORES AROUND THE HOUSE AND THEN GOT READY FOR WORK.  AND THIS TIME I PLANNED TO GO RUNNING TOO AND TAKE A FRIEND WITH ME FROM WORK.

AND OFF WE WENT...  ALTHOUGH MY LEGS WERE STILL TIGHT FROM THE LAST RUN... I JUST PUSHED MYSELF AND ENDURED THE PAIN.  I RAN ANOTHER 5K WITH A 1 MINUTE REST AT THE HALFWAY MARK...  BUT AFTER THAT...  OFf WE WENT...  AND MY FRIEND DID WELL FOR SOMEONE WHO HASN'T RAN AS OFTEN AS I DO...  LOL!!!

JUST AS WE WERE APPROACHING THE FINISH LINE...  AGAIN I DASHED AS FAST AS I CAN AND LEFT MY FRIEND BEHIND BUT HE AUGHT UP AND B UT PASSED THE FINISH LINE FIRST!!!

AFTER OUR RUN...  WE BOTH RETURNED TO WORK AND IT WAS VERY SATISFYING!!!  AND FOR MY DINNER,


"WILD RICE WITH GARLIC & CILANTRO AND OLIVES AND MIXED WITH OLIVE OIL"

GOTTA LOVE THE HEALTHY EATING!!!
