"PROJECT SYNERGY" - PHASE 02 - DAY 03.

ALOHA "TEAM AWWWRITE!!!"

TODAY WAS ANOTHER "AWWWESOME" WORKOUT PLUS DANCING DAY FOR ME!!!

I REALLY LIKE THIS "CIRCUIT STRENGTH TRAINING" PHASE.  IT'S A VERY SIMPLE CONCEPT OF WORKING ALL THE MUSCLES IN YOUR BODY:

LEGS, CHEST, SHOULDERS, ARMS, BACK, & ABS.

WORKING ALL THESE MUSCLES IN A CIRCUIT TRAINING FASHION WITH HIGH INTENSITY UNTIL YOU ARE BASICALLY FATIGUED X 3!!!

PRETTY GRUELING IF YOU ASK ME!!!

BUT AT THE END OF MY WORKOUT SESSIONS...  I'M SAYING TO MYSELF,

"I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT WORKOUT SESISON!!!"

I ALSO WENT TO DANCE PRACTICE AND THAT ADDED MORE CARDIO FOR ME!!!

EXTRA BONUS CALORIES BURNED!!!
