3RD REPEAT OF MY WORKOUT WITH "KETTLEBELLS" & "YOGA BALL".


STARTED MY 3RD REPEAT WORKOUT PHASE ADDING "KETTLEBELLS CARDIO" AND "YOGA BALL CORE" EXERCISES.  THESE ADDITIONAL EXERCISES ARE GRUELING!!!  I AM BEAT AND I NEEDED IT!!!
