ANOTHER "6 - WEEKS OF WORKOUTS + CARDIO!!!"


I GOT RIGHT BACK ON TRACK AND ONTO MY 2 REPEAT AND ADDING CARDIO TO THE GAME.  I NORMALLY WOULD REST 1 WEEK BEFORE I RESTART ANOTHER "6 WEEKS", BUT I JUST COULDN'T WAIT TO GET BACK ON TRACK RIGHT AWAY AND STARTED UP!!!
