GOOD SWEAT...

I JUST FINISHED MY WORKOUT OF THE DAY.  I DID 15 MINUTES ON THE "ELLIPTICAL MACHINE" AND STRAIGHT ONTO THE "BOWFLEX" TO DO MY CIRCUIT TRAINING WHICH WENT FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES.


30 MINUTES OF WORKOUT.


GOOD SWEAT...
