YESTERDAY'S & TODAY'S WORKOUTS!!! BRING ON THE PAIN!!!

YESTERDAY WAS A REST DAY FOR ME BUT BY THE TIME IT WAS GETTING CLOSER TO WORK TIME...  I FELT LIKE I NEEDED TO DO SOMETHING FITNESS RELATED.  I KNOW THERE IS A REASON "REST DAYS"...  BUT I WAS JUST FRUSTRATED...  LOL!!!

SO TO SPEAK...  I LEND MY FRIEND MY "GARMIN GPS WATCH" FOR HIS RUN:


AND I GOT MORE RESTLESS...  LOL!!!

SO WHAT DID I DO???

I DID CROSSFIT DRILLS AND IT WAS ONLY FOR 10 MINUTES AS I WANTED TO TEST MYSELF TO SEE HOW WELL I'VE DONE SINCE THE LAST TIME I DID A "CROSSFIT DRILL".

MY CROSSFIT DRILLS:  JUMP ROPES, INCHWORM, SIT UPS, AND LUNGES!!!

MY LAST SCORE DATED IN MARCH 2013:

175 JUMP ROPES, 85 FEET OF INCH WORM, 40 SIT UPS, AND 80 FEET OF LUNGES ALL IN 12 MINUTES!!!

YESTERDAY'S SCORE:

200 JUMP ROPES, 148 FEET OF INCHWORM, 30 SIT UPS, AND 102 FEET OF LUNGES ALL IN 10 MINUTES!!!

A HUG IMPROVEMENT AND I WAS SORE...  I DEFINITELY NEED TO IMPROVE ON MY SIT UPS AND INCHWORM...  I'LL DO IT AGAIN NEXT WEEK!!!








ALL I GOTTA SAY IS THIS...  "I'M VERY SORE!!!"

AND ON TO TODAY...

I WOKE UP PRETTY SORE BUT I GOT TO DO "FACETIME" WITH MY COUSIN ROBERT WHOM I HAVEN'T SEEN SINCE 1988!!!

DAMN THAT WAS A REAL LONG TIME...  WE TALKED STORY FOR MAYBE A GOOD HOUR OR SO...  BUT IT WAS WHAT I NEEDED TO START MY DAY...  "MAHALO" BRADDA ROBERT FOR REACHING OUT...  I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU NEXT SPRING!!!

RIGHT AFTER I GOT OF THE PHONE...  STRAIGHT TO MY WORKOUT ROOM!!!













2ND WEEK INTO THIS PROGRAM AND IT REQUIRES ME TO UP THE WEIGHTS/RESISTANCE...  IT'S PRETTY GRUELING...  BUT "AWWWESOME" ALL AT THE SAME TIME!!!
