WAIPA'S "PROJECT SYNERGY" - PHASE 05... STILL GOING STRONG!!!

ANOTHER GOOD WORKOUT FOR ME WORKING ON MY LOWER BODY & ABS!!!

"314 CALORIES BURNED TODAY!!!"



AND FOR MY LUNCH...  I MADE A QUICK & HEALTHY SALSA MADE WITH:

1 WHOLE MEDIUM SIZE TOMATO, 1 WHOLE MEDIUM AVOCADO, SOME FRESHLY CHOPPED CILANTRO & GREEN ONIONS FOR TASTE, SPRINKLED SOME "MRS DASH" (GARLIC & HERBS), AND SOME LEMON JUICE.

I MIXED IT ALL TOGETHER AND ATE IT WITH 2 WHOLE WHEAT PITA BREADS!!!

PLUS A "WHEY PROTEIN SHAKE".

I SUPER FULL RIGHT NOW!!!

I JUST REALIZED THAT I SHOULD'VE TOOK A PIC OF MY LUNCH...  NEXT TIME...  LOL!!!
