"PROJECT SYNERGY" - PHASE 02 - DAY 18.

ALOHA "TEAM AWWWRITE!!!"

TODAY WAS "CARDIO ONLY" AND I COULD USE THE REST AS TOMORROW I'LL BE WORKING ON MY 'BACK & ARMS" AND THEN "RUNNING", HOPEFULLY THE WEATHER WILL BE FRIENDLIER THAN YESTERDAY AND I CAN GO RUNNING OUTSIDE INSTEAD OF INSIDE OF A GYM.

FOR TODAY'S CALORIES REPORT:

"225 CALORIES BURNED!!!"

AFTER THAT I WAS JOINED BY MY GOOD FRIENDS STEVE AND JERRY FOR LUNCH.  I MADE A QUICK CONCOCTION HALIBUT RECIPE.

I MARINATED THE HALIBUT WITH PEANUT OIL, DILL, GREEN ONIONS, SALT, PEPPER, AND FRESH SLICED LEMONS & LIMES, AND PONZU SAUCE.  I THEN WRAPPED THE ENTIRE FISH IN FOIL AND STEAMED IT AND ATE WITH GARLIC & CURRY COUSCOUS!!!

IT CAME OUT PRETTY GOOD...  NOT BAD FOR A 1ST TIMER.  WE ALL ENJOYED IT AND THERE WAS ENOUGH LEFT OVERS FOR ME TO TAKE FOR DINNER TONIGHT AT WORK!!!
