TODAY IS WEEK 02 AND I'M BACK ON THE WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM TO KICK START THE "TARGET ZONES".  AND TODAY IS "CHEST & SHOULDERS" STARTING WITH 7 SETS OF 13'S!!!

IT'S GOOD TO FEEL THE PAIN AS IT IS A SIGN OF GROWTH!!!

THAT'S RIGHT PEOPLE...  FROM 36.9% BODY FAT...  I AM NOW DOWN TO 28.8% BODY FAT!!!  THIS TOOK JUST UNDER 9 WEEKS!!!

IT WASN'T EASY BUT IT IS 100% WORTH IT AND I AIN'T STOPPING UNTIL I HIT THE SINGLE DIGITS!!!

TOMORROW I'LL BE TAKING MY 1ST YOGA CLASS!!!

I CAN'T WAIT TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE!!!
